Overall Champion.( Drumsleed Trophy)

Reserve Champion-

WJ&J. Green. Corskie Be-Enna.

Cow and Calf. ( Goldsbrough Trophy)

J. MacLaren. 

Junior Female Champion.(Norbrook Trophy)

P & J. Goldie. Newbie Mains Cee- Me.

Junior Male Champion. (Woodhall Trophy)

WJ& J Green. Corskie Connan.


The Scottish Club had an excellent Show of Simmentals at Perth on 4th August.

Our Judge Mrs Judy Borlase made the long trip up from Hertfordshire, choosing as her Champion from Boddington Estates, Sterling Krumpets Britney, a daughter of Sterling Flint, making Jimmy MacMillans trip from Gloucester well worthwhile .Britney was also Overall champion at the English National Show.

Reserve was WJ & J Green with Corskie Be-Enna, a Daughter of Popes Laird, Corskie also took Junior overall and Junior Male Champion with Corskie Connan, a Ballinlare Farm Nightrider son.

The Norbrook trophy was won by the Goldies with Newbie Mains Cee-me sired by Kilbride farm Rainman. A daughter of their cow, Darshams Remember-Me, who was champion at last years National Show.

Best cow and calf, winning the Goldsbrough trophy was J. MacLaren with Blackford Anona and her calf Dargill Duke.

WJ & J Green won the best pair, winning the Desswood cow-Bell, with Boddington reserve.
